GK Elite Sportswear is currently seeking a full-time International Billing Clerk to work in our Credit department. The incumbent in this position will have the responsibilities of generating invoices for international customers; arrange payment for distributors, process prepaid payments with customers’ credit cards using Authorize.net, assist with domestic invoicing and other duties that may be assigned by the Credit Manager. The ideal candidate should possess a HS diploma and 1-2 years’ work experience in accounting or related field. In addition, the ideal candidate should also have the ability to communicate effectively via e-mail with international customers, be skilled at research and problem solving and high level of accuracy. This is an hourly, non-exempt position located in our Reading, PA site.
